Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You pay cash to the courier when you receive the package. No card and no prepayment required.

An operator will call to confirm the order, your details and delivery address. Confirmation usually happens within the next 24 business hours. If you do not answer, the order cannot be confirmed and may be cancelled.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery is usually 24–48 business hours after phone confirmation. On smaller islands and remote areas it may take 3–5 business days. Shipping is free.
Can I return the product?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery by writing to info@shoptechroom.com with your order number and product. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
What warranty do products have?
Products have a 24-month legal conformity warranty from delivery. It covers defects present on receipt, but not damage from misuse, modifications or failure to follow instructions.
